This is one of Dick's driver cards. He was very good friends with my buddy, Jimmy Edwards, who also drove in SA.
You wouldn't by chance be one of three SA who visited central PA (Jimmy) back in the late 70's - the name Leon, reminded me of those guys. I have pictures somewhere.

Seeing that #22 makes me think. Didn't a Trevis built car (I'm thinking it was a Jasper Petett Steve Ungar driven car) get stolen from the WV/Pa. area years ago and they always said it went to Australia or someplace across the ocean? Maybe this is it? I have a picture of the car I'll post later today.
Or maybe I'm way off base here.....Racerjim.
Interesting post.

| Maybe way off. This car went there in the earlie 70's. And a Niew Zeelander drove it by the name of Jim Stanbraugh the first time. I mean i was only 14 years old at the given time. Last edited on Thu Nov 5th, 2009 04:24 pm by 800horspower
